Starting August 20th, learn how Solopreneur Matt Shepard runs 4 businesses with the help of Claude AI. As a general contractor that remodels houses, Matt creates a Gantt chart for each house that controls communications and delay notifications to all subcontractors involved. Matt has been running businesses in Colorado for 15-plus years, and over the last two to three years he has been building AI automations into those businesses.
