Brick by Brick:
Help CyberWyoming Alliance Build Wyoming’s Future This WyoGives Day!
With WyoGives Day just three weeks away on July 16, 2025, CyberWyoming Alliance is gearing up to empower the next generation of tech-savvy students by participating in this statewide 24-hour online giving event, organized by the Wyoming Nonprofit Network. We invite supporters across the state to join us in building Wyoming’s cyber future brick by brick.
This year, CyberWyoming Alliance is launching an exciting initiative: permanent LEGO Attack & Defense Model placements in Wyoming communities! These hands-on kits bring STEM and cybersecurity education to life for K-12 students, introducing real-world concepts like networking, firewalls, coding, and digital defense strategies through interactive LEGO builds.
The Top 8 Wyoming schools, classrooms, libraries, or districts that receive the most donations through CyberWyoming Alliance’s WyoGives page will each be awarded one of these state-of-the-art LEGO model kits for ongoing classroom use.
Real Impact
“These aren’t just LEGO kits,” said Laura Baker, Executive Director of CyberWyoming Alliance. “They are tangible learning tools that give Wyoming students a head start in the digital world. Kids explore programming, circuitry, networking, engineering, and cybersecurity in ways that are fun, memorable, and meaningful.”
A teacher from LaGrange Elementary shared,
“Great experience. The kids didn’t want to stop hacking! I came in extra days to work on it with the kids as they were having so much fun! We had a young enough group… I’m not sure they fully understood everything but just giving them a brief intro to networking, coding, and security was great. They have at least heard the terms now and have a visual of how things work network-wise and security too. Better at making more secure passwords, understanding what a firewall does, etc. Thanks so much for sharing this amazing model with our kids at LaGrange Elementary!”
CyberWyoming Alliance is honored to participate in the Hughes Charitable Foundation’s $1,000,000 Incentive Pool, which means that every donation made on July 16 through WyoGives.org could be boosted, making your support go even further.
Live donation tallies throughout the day will show just how big of a difference your contribution is making in real time.
