On May 18, 2023, Jackson Hole Mobile Massage was awarded the esteemed Spirit of Wyoming Award by the Wyoming Small Business Development Center (SBDC). Amanda Martin, who has been operating the company since 2002, accepted the award.

The U.S. Small Business Administrator’s Spirit of Wyoming Award is presented annually to a small business that embodies Wyoming’s spirit of toughness, perseverance, and community involvement. Martin’s resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic, longevity of her business, and her
community involvement were cited as the reasons Jackson Hole Mobile Massage was chosen for this award.

This well-deserved recognition highlights their exceptional contributions to the local business community and their unwavering commitment to providing outstanding mobile massage services. “Amanda’s commitment to growing her business through consistent advising sessions and online trainings is truly admirable,” said Devan Costa-Cargill, the Wyoming SBDC Network regional director, who nominated Jackson Hole Mobile Massage for the award. “She is facing the hurdles of accelerated growth and post-pandemic resilience. This amazing team is the embodiment of the Spirit of Wyoming Award: strong, curious, and eager to learn. We, at the Wyoming SBDC Network, are all rooting for Jackson Hole Mobile Massage, Amanda, and her team.”

Jackson Hole Mobile Massage held an awards ceremony on May 18, 2023, to celebrate with their team, clients, local business owners, and community members. Laura Baker, co-founder and CEO of CyberWyoming, was in attendance. “We are so proud of Amanda and her team,” said Baker. “They have been a wonderful example of a small business that understands that cyber security is fundamentally about customer and community service. Congratulations to Jackson Hole Mobile Massage on this well-deserved recognition, and may their success inspire others on their entrepreneurial journeys.”
