A Camp curriculum for exploring Digital careers

What is the Teens Exploring Careers Camp?

Through a generous donation by the Daniels Fund, the Teens Exploring Careers Camp curriculum is free to any community college or university. This camp is experiential and comes with two scenarios (see below). Perfect for a weekend camp OR the entire week. We recommend keeping the camp small – up to 20 campers. Recommended age range is 13-18 (entering or just graduating from high school). Order your camp curriculum today!

MOCK HOSPITAL Agenda

Tour of a real hospital, noticing operational technology and medical internet of things devices. Discussion: incident response planning – what happens if all the computers go down?
Mock hospital – return to camp to run a mock hospital with a real computer system. Admit and treat patients in different hospital departments with camp counselors walking you through the process.
Develop your own incident response plan for your mock hospital.

MURDER MYSTERY Agenda

It’s a mock true-crime!
What’s the motive? Intellectual property theft or business knowledge assets. Choose your scenario(s) for the camp!
Use mock law enforcement tools and work on a team to solve the murder mystery in an design firm.
