Wyoming Apprenticeship Has Even More Employer Incentives!

Attention Wyoming Registered Apprenticeship Program

The Apprenticeship State Expansion Grant has approved grant modifications that have decreased our application process and increased our reimbursement amount from $300.00 to $1000.00 per apprentice. Even if you have already been reimbursed by us, you can apply for reimbursement for any new apprentices that we haven’t yet been reimbursed! This reimbursement is available to any RAP with apprentices that meet the following criteria. 

Grant eligibility requirements still include:

  • The apprenticeship must be registered with the Office of Apprenticeship (DOL),
  • The apprentice must have started on or after July 1st, 2019
  • The apprentice has earned a minimum of $1000.00 in wages.

If you have not been reimbursed by the Apprenticeship State Expansion grant, we offer a one-time $1000.00 reimbursement, per apprentice. The following is required in order to redeem:

  • An employer contact form,
  • A copy of a W-9 or new form filled out,
  • An ASE registration form filled out by the apprentice and returned to our team.
  • A pay stub showing a minimum of $1000.00 of wages paid for each apprentice

Once the information is returned and reviewed, we can reimburse. A reimbursement can be done each time the business brings on a new apprentice under the Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) and the other grant requirements have been met. We also have additional training grant options we can further discuss through the Department of Workforce Services.
